Luci sweet husky needs amputation

Donation protected
Hello. On Tuesday April 12th my 4 year old accidently let our dog out the back door. Huskies tend to run and run without a thought of what's behind or where they are going. We are usually very careful to keep them in, leashed or tied out on a zip line. Luci was no where to be found all day. At 8pm we had a knock on the door. An couple brought her to us in the back of their car. Initially we assumed she had been hit. Upon further investigation realized she had been shot. We live out in the country and there is a huge surge in the coyote population. In spring huskies blow their coats making her appear much lighter. Luci also has a straight tail. It doesn't curl like most huskies. Making her appear the right weight, color and shape of a coyote. I have a feeling the folks that brought her home. Might just be the same people that shot her. They went to inspect the "coyote" and saw a tag and collar instead. Wednesday I took her to country vet, and they took X-rays, cleaned and dressed her wounds. She is so sweet and very lucky. The bullet shattered her right elbow, the entire joint that moves the rest of her arm. She has mushed bone and metal fragments in her elbow. The bullet then grazed her chest, and then exited her left shoulder. Luckily missing her ribs, lungs and causing no damage to her other arm. But she is most likely going to need her leg amputated. I am not looking for a hand out. Simply a payment plan. But I'm having a hard time finding a vet willing to work with me. Also rescues are willing to take my dog, fix her and then adopt her out. Unacceptable. We applied for care credit and were surprisingly denied. I won't know why for 7 days. Between my amazing aunt and I today we paid 430$ almost every dime in my checking account for this preliminary care. Please help me save her life. Temporarily she is on antibiotics. Pain meds and anti inflammatory. I will be changing her bandages and cleaning her wounds daily. Following doctors order. Praying for a miracle. This dog is so sweet. It's just so unfair. She has helped me through divorce, moves, life lessons. It kills me to not be financially able to help her. I'd cut off my own leg. Sell a kidney. Sell my soul if I could. Please help us save her life.
