Amanda's guardianship

We are trying to raising funds for lawyer's fees and court costs. to petition the court for guardianship of our beautiful daughter Amanda . She is a nonverbal child with retts , tauretts syndrome and severe autism . She already has had 3 open heart surgeries and a feeding tube for constant feeding. we have raised and cared for her, Her whole life . We were very fortunate to find out in time. When Amanda turns18 we have to go to the courts to get guardianship or the state could take her and institutionalize her. If something were to happen to us . We also need to make sure it is set up so her brother can take over for us in the eventually. The total cost will be right at $5,000 and we are constantly coming up short with covering the cost . Many people do not realize if you do not get the court to grant custody you can lose all your rights to care of your family member who is disable and cannot care for themselves. We love our daughter and we just want to be able to care for her . She needs 24/7 care . Any help will greatly appreciated.
