IV antibiotics for Hannah Tyler
Hannah Tyler, a senior at Hidden Valley High School was diagnosed with Lyme Disease this past year. This disease has taken a huge toll on Hannah's day to day life/routine. Recently, she had a surgical procedure to put in a port, which enabled her to receive the medications she needs to treat her Lyme Disease. However, Hannah's parents are currently fighting with their insurance company to continue this treatment. One treatment costs just over $1,000.
Hannah was doing much better while on the IV antibiotics but since she has been off the IV treatment her family has watched her decline. This fund has been set up to help Hannah's parents afford the much need antibiotics their sweet daughter needs to fight this disease.
