Julie has never really connected with her boobs. They have been pretty anonymous to be honest. No push up bra, pushed anything anywhere and so they sat, protruding from her chest for 37 years.

Until the devil on the left decided to get noticed in 2016 and created a dent. No ordinary dent. A crater. The Grand Titted Canyon. Well so it felt. And there it began.

Julie knew lumps were bad. The lump that ballooned on her ankle, aka kankle, back in 2007 from a collision of alcohol and the back steps of the house was a lump, but she knew it wasn't a bad lump.

But a dent? Huh, thats cool right? Bit freaky looking. Lopsided, almost humorous but not life threatening at all. *rolls eyes*

And thats where Julie suddenly had to finally connect with her boobs. Her body now dented and askew, was under attack. Dents, it turns out are as serious as lumps. Who knew!?!

Deep into the supposingly innocent cavity was the 'bad lump' we all dread to find, at the tender age of 37, cancer (I refuse to give it a capital letter to start) had found its measly little way into my carefully crafted and lovingly built vessel.

Turn's out there's 'bad dents' too.

As Julie gathered her dearest round her to listen to her tale, it became quickly apparent that they too hadn't heard of the Grand Titted Canyon version of Breast Cancer and so, it was born...

#itsnotalwaysalump because apparently its not!

For the last eighteen months, Julie has fleeced her friends in to generosity bankruptcy and raised a whooping £25,000. You'd think that this bucket shaking effort was plentiful to fulfil the ambitions of a one and a half boobed damsel in distress, but no the target was set....

£1,000 for every year before Julie's diagnosis, which amounts to £37,000. So here we are.

Julie is thankfully clear of cancer, but is still working toward's her total albeit a lot slower these days as she recoups back into everyday life.
