Hi, I'm Isaac Bradford, @IsaacBradfordMusic.
I am a musician, and a pastor at a small church in Payson AZ. I'm raising money in order to record a worship/ christian, Christ honoring Album. With the goal of reaching/ministering to people with the love and hope of Jesus. Thus far God has provided enough for 3 songs... (in amazing ways) and I would like to completely finish an album.
The money will be used only for this ministry. For the cost of the actual recording, and mixing and mastering. For the cost of travel (fuel) and lodging for myself and 1 or 2 accompanying musicians (1room for approximately 3-7days).The sooner I have the funds the sooner I get to record the album, and see what God will do!
The reason that this means so much to me, primarly is because the last 3 years God has, in many ways, urged me to use the gift that I have for people. If you would like to know the confirmations or "ways" please ask!
Not only is the ministry through the music, but the opportunity that music brings to share God's love with people, and the platform it has toward influencing others for good.
I would like to give you an example of this! Being a musicain and a worship leader has already given me amazing opportunities to influence people. One of these times was at a youth camp I was leading worship for. It was the AZ Statewide Calvary Chapel high school camp. During the worship set I noticed that a girl in the crowd was being ministerd to by the worship, and she was really connecting... after the service, she came and found me, relaying to me that she was going through a difficult time at home. She was dating a boy that was a bad infulence on her life, agains her parents wishes. I told her, I know you probably don't want to hear this, but your parents are right and what they're telling you is because they love you. Then she asked "what should I do?" I told her, you should obey your parents, but really you should obey what you know Jesus would have you do! She agreed and we prayed together!
Two years later at a leaders conf. a wild eyed lady came up to me and said, "Are you Isaac Bradford? " To which I answered, " yes?" not knowing why she asked. She told me (through tear filled eyes, with a mother's heart) you led my daughter back to Jesus at a High School winter camp during a crazy time in her life, and she listended to you. She wouldn't listen to her father or I, but she listened to you... thank you... thank you!
Long story short, I want more of that in my life! I want to be used by Jesus, and if He's leading me to go down this road... I will walk.
