Iran-Iraq Earthquake Relief

Donation protected
The deadliest earthquake of 2017 has left 450+ people dead and over 7,000 injured, mainly in Iran's Western province of Kermanshah. The freezing temperatures (-3 C) combined with a lack of electricity, destruction of hospitals and schools, fear of tremors and slow delivery of disaster relief aid has left many vulnerable to the freezing overnight temperatures and a shortage of food, medicine and clothing supplies.

All donations will go to The Child Foundation, which has set up an emergency fund to help those who are affected by this earthquake through their local office in Kermanshah. All donations will be spent on the earthquake victims.

Your assistance in helping those in need is most appreciated.

Below information is for GoFundMe to release our funds raised:

1. I, Mehrad Jaberansari, an MBA student at IE Business School in Madrid and President of the IE Iran Club would like to thank you for your contribution to the club's efforts to fundraise.

2. Our relationship to the "parties" we are raising funds for is first and foremost, being of the same species (human being) and secondly, we share the same homeland and heritage.

3. As already stated above, all funds will be donated to the Child Foundation (www.childfoundation.org/earthquake)

4. The withdrawal plan from this campaign is to donate directly to the Child Foundation via the Donate button on their website.
