help Injured & Orphaned Wildlife

$2,545 of $10,000 goal

Raised by 24 people in 53 months
We are a 501 (3) (c) Non-profit Corporation,   ALL donations are fully deductible.   We are a volunteer organization and receive  NO funding except donations

The Code which we apply to our work is  "REHABBING AT ITS BEST IN PEACEFUL, COMFORTABLE, PRIVATE AND PROTECTED SURROUNDINGS."

We are the only Rescue and Rehabilitation in our area that does one on one wildlife care in the privacy of our own homes.   We do this because we feel that personal individual care in unstressful surroundings is the best for the wildlife .  This method also helps to keep our costs down.

This year we had an increase of over 50% more of baby and adult mammals and birds.  The adults mostly from lack of food due to the 3rd year of a severe drought in Callifornia.  The baby increase was due to an increase in the amount of babies born.

It seems that Mother Nature will increase the birth rate knowing that a larger portion of the babies will perish because of the drought.  Increasing the amount of babies born will ensure the survival of the species in the face of a natural disaster.

This trend unfortunately will continue for a few years until their internal survival mechanism is satisfied that all is back to normal.

With the increase in numbers our savings has been severly depleted.  We need help in buying the special formula each different species needs, also fresh veggies, fruit for the little ones,  and of course vet bills which mount up fast.

We hope you will share our interest and love of wildlife by donating to our cause:  Meeting the welfare and  needs of orphaned young in preparing for release back to the wild.

Thank you,    Norma and the Volunteers of Injured & Orphaned Wildlife, Campbell, California

We basically service the Greater San Francisco/Santa Clara Valley area, but we do not turn away wildlife from other areas.  We will get them back to their home area.
