Investigation of Coins-E.com

I invested some money into cryptocurrency using the Coins-E.com exchange website. However, the website has went dark. It appears that many other people have experienced this also (see forum links below).
We would like to investigate this potential scam to find where the money went and file a lawsuit against Coins-E.com if needed to retrieve the invested money that people are due.
The funds will be used to hire investigators to locate the people. We will keep records of all funds recieved & the usage of such funds.
All those who have been potentially scammed by Coins-E.com & unable to even access the money that they have invested will be very grateful for your help.
