Medical bills for Frank

Hi, my name is Jt for those who don’t know me. I’m trying to raise money so that my dad, Frank, can afford to live basically.  Frank is a 77 yr old retired electrical engineer living with stage 4 renal failure and diabetes. For over 15 years dad took care of my late mother Diane once multiple sclerosis had really started to take its toll leaving her bed ridden for her last 12 years of life. In that time Frank had put forth all of his financial resources to cover her medications/ health services/ special vehicles/ bath tubs etc.. after moms passing he was left with a house and little else to take care of himself and his own declining health. His monthly medical bills and prescriptions has made it impossible to get anywhere but in debt. His monthly insulin alone eats up roughly 2-3x more than is coming in each month on top of the laundry list of other medications. My brother Doug is giving his all, literally, to keep the lights on and food on the table just so what little is coming in can go to keep medicine in the fridge.   Most recently this past September frank fell causing a compound fracture to his right ankle. Due to this accident he had spent multiple days in the hospital, received a surgery to fix the break, and has been staying in a rehab/ nursing facility ever since. Only now his insurances will no longer cover his stay and costs about $1500/week. He is now facing the possibility of having to sell his home to cover his stay, which will leave him homeless once he is released from care. Thank you all for any donations and/ or shares.
