Community Business Incubator, Inc. (CBI) is determined to help youth and others living in underserved communities get a leg up. We recently were donated a gently used school bus. It needs a little work but it is just what we need to reach at risk youth in our communities. We need your donations to provide the resources which will make this vision a reality.
Here’s where you come in… Our goal is to raise $35,000 by December 31, 2016 for the conversion of our Mobile Tech Center. Your donation will help us get the required mechanical work, painting, computer equipment, and workstations needed to serve our youth.
We have named our bus the “Inspiration Express” just what we hope the community feels when we arrive on scene. The “Inspiration Express” will help us meet our goal of providing the necessary skills where our youth can create and unlock new levels of advanced concepts using the mediums like mobile app, game, animation, and business development. Having a mobile facility, equipped with computers we can go where the need is greatest. Our strategy is to be an active participate in school programs, church programs, and community organizations.
Our youth living in at risk and underserved communities deserve to receive the same learning opportunities as others. In a technology-fueled world, coding is high on the list of sought after skills. In addition to that, it encourages youth to become creators, not just consumers, of the technology they use.

In an ever changing and competitive world, the youth in the inner cities must have options and skills to succeed.
