Seth Micheal Collier was getting out of work at Burger King on 7th north street at around 12:26am, went to a friend's house, they did not answer the phone and he started to walk home getting about, 3 mins from his home when he was struck by one of Syracuse, New York's District Attorney Investigators/Part-Time Liverpool Police Officer near Bear Street in Syracuse. He was rushed by ambulance to upstate hospital where he still remains on life support. Family and friends are saying their final good byes to this awesome kid.  Please help and share if possible! your blessings are greatly appreciated.
