In Memory of Erik Jacobs

Erik Jacobs, my brother-in-law, was tragically killed on February 7th, 2019 in a senseless act of violence. We are stricken with grief and sorrow for all parties involved. Our family will never be the same without the presence of Erik and the joy that he brought to so many lives.
This fund is being setup to support the funeral costs and expenses for the Jacobs family and to support his daughters, Olivia, Phoebe, Savannah, and his wife, Jacque. Erik was known for being a fun loving and charismatic man. He was an unapologetic University of Oregon fan, avid fisherman, and had the true spirit of a cowboy. Most of our family will remember him for his entertainment on the karaoke machine at various family events, often resulting in outbursts of laughter or cheers. He sure could sing, a trait he passed along to his kids. Erik was an incredibly proud Dad, representing his amazingly talented daughter's accomplishments every chance he got. Whether it was playing a goofy game with them or singing a beautiful tune, you never had to look far for an example of just how much Erik loved his girls... And they loved him right back.
We cannot take away the loss or get rid of this pain that Erik's family and friends are feeling... But we can all come together to support them. Please shower them with love and outreach through this difficult time and consider donating to the benefit of Erik's family.
