As you all know by now, the world recently lost a truly wonderful person. Brett Sawyer was the kind of friend that anyone would cherish. Hanging out with Brett, no matter the time or distance that separated your last chat, was like coming back home after years of being away. If you were ever a friend of Brett, you know his warmth, generosity, and genuine interest in your life. As much as he loved all of his friends, he desperately and fiercely loved his brother,Cass, and his mother, Adele. As many of you know, Cass passed away two years ago. Brett, ever his protector and companion, took this loss very hard. While this tragedy shook the foundation of their family, Brett did his best to keep things together in a way only he could. We want to be more like Brett and we want to make sure the memories of him are always good ones.
No parent should ever lose a child, and we cannot begin to imagine the pain of this loss for Adele. She has been courageous in the face of so much pain, and that is why we would like to ask for your help. We are raising funds to help alleviate any undue stress or burden on Adele during this time of final expenses. With your love and support, we can make sure all of these needs are met and that Adele can focus on remembering the two beautiful boys that touched our lives. We do this because we know that Brett would have done the same for our family.
