The Memory of Ben Carlotto.

To know Ben was to know love.  Ben was a son, a brother, a colleague, a friend, a mentor, an educator, a hospitality professional but above all he was family.  

Ben's smile, his laugh, his voice and the way he made everyone feel when he walked into a room will never ever be forgotten.  He left us earlier this week and passed to the other side unexpectedly.  The outpouring of love and support has come from all sides of the earth.  Ben was a legend in the hospitality world and will never ever be forgotten.  

With all of the emotional pain and stress that a death brings, we are trying to raise money to help with any costs that will incur and to help wherever needed. 

It's in these times of loss and sadness when our wonderful community and family people come together the strongest.  We always help one another make it through, and support the people we care for.   We are thankful for any support you may be able to provide. We also encourage everyone to keep his family and friends in your thoughts.

Ben, we will never forget you.
