It is with my deepest condolences that I write today that my dearest friends, Hallie and Jeremy Cabatingan, have suffered the loss of their daughter, Charlee.

Charlee was struck by a vehicle while riding her bike through a crosswalk on Thursday evening, September 21, 2017; she was only 6 years old.

Charlee was a beautiful, fun, and happy little girl with an amazing spirit.  As Jeremy wrote, "Charlee had the most amazing soul. She was perfect in every way and we cannot begin to fathom the hole she has left in our lives."

No parent should have to suffer the loss of their child and should be given the opportunity to grieve in peace, without having to focus on the financial burdens that come along with such a loss.

We have set up this GoFundMe account and request your donation in order to help the Cabatingan's pay for final resting expenses, food for the family, or to simply give them the ability to grieve without the added stress of "where the money will come from".

Charlee is survived by her parents, Hallie and Jeremy, her brother, and three sisters.  Any donation will help, but above all else, please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they endure this tragic loss.

We love you, Charlee, you are so greatly missed!

The Cabatingan family would like to thank all of those that attended Charlee's Memorial Service, and those that were unable to attend, but wore bright colors to show their support. They would also like to thank their family, friends, and community; military and church alike, for all of the help and support that they received.

The Memorial Service for Charlee was beautiful and touching. Family read poems, Charlee's aunt, Christa, gave the obituary and showered the attendees with fun memories of Charlee and her beautiful spirit. Children sang, and there was a colorful array of balloons with messages for Charlee released into the sky. The day was the perfect tribute to Charlee.

Thank you all for donating and supporting this family during this time. Charlee is missed, but never forgotten!
