In loving memory of Adam Michael Apodaca
March 18, 1986 - January 22, 2017

Katie and Adam met on 8.29.13. They exchanged private vows on 12.31.13. and enjoyed a big wedding celebration on 9.7.14. Their first home soon followed and they joyfully welcomed their daughter Isabel Elena on 9.22.16.

On 1-22-17 three uniformed members of Adam's unit knocked on Katie's door and informed her that Adam was hit by a vehicle while away for work in Florida and is no longer with us. Katie, as a military wife, is accustomed to long absences but nothing can prepare oneself for a permanent absence.

Adam adored his family and we are brokenhearted that he will never know his daughter in the way he longed for.

We expect to receive Adam home within 3-5 days and are currently preparing memorial arrangements.
