Free The People Immigration March

Hello everyone! there are a couple things left that we really need right now. Your support is incredibly important, and more so than many of you even know.

The grassroots movement we are seeing across the country is not being funded by the establishment. It's small groups of dedicated organizers building coalitions and being supported by the communities they directly represent. The movement must be funded by the people, in order for our demands to be met.

First thing, as many of you know, not everyone is on Facebook. Other folks don't have the same access to the internet as you reading this do. We still need funds for posters and flyers to start getting the word out so that people who have no access to our event page can learn about this monumental event, that represents them directly.

Second, we need porta-potties. We are getting a few, provided by the local council district, but that is not going to be enough, considering the expected number of people attending.

Flyers and posters costs.

Posters:
500 posters 12"x18" color one sided posters for $500
5000 posters for $2000

Flyers:
8 boxes of 500 each in different languages that are black and white double sided. Our graphic on one side and Know Your Rights information on the other. They are $.08 a piece.

Portable restrooms

This is a considerable cost. For a crowd the size we are expecting, we need no less than 75 restrooms. To rent 4 for the day, it can run upwards of $1000. We get a discount depending on the number of portables we rent, but you get the idea. It's expensive.

We will ensure that regardless of how much more we can raise, portable restrooms will be on site. Your help in this is very much appreciated.

Unity is the only path forward. This is our movement.
