This fund has been established to provide relief and financial support to IMANI WILLIAMS, the victim of a horrible shooting. Imani is a 19-year old college student who was shot on Chicago’s West-side on May 1, 2018. She was standing outside, on the 3300 block of West Gladys, when someone opened fire, hitting her in the abdomen. She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Bouncing back from a tragedy like this is hard enough physically and emotionally. Let’s help Imani minimize the financial burden she also faces as a result of this crime.
She has educational and medical expenses, along with her dad-to-day expenses (car note and insurance, phone and credit card bills, etc) that must be maintained. This fund will help to minimize this burden, which can be overwhelming to anyone experiencing this type of tragedy. Your thoughtful donations will be used to help her until she is able to resume a normal life.
Imani has always been a bright student with a promising future. She has a great personality, a wonderful sense of humor, and is fun to be around. She loves sports and has been a key player on both her high school Volleyball and Badminton Teams. She was in the process of completing her first year in college, just started a new job, and recently financed her own car.
Imani is anxious to get her life back on track. Let’s help her overcome any additional obstacles she will face in the near future.
