IJM Fundraising Campaign

Hello there!
My name is Madison and I am currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. This summer, I have the privilege of using my social work training to serve the amazing staff at the International Justice Mission. IJM is a faith based global organization working to protect the poor from violence in developing countries. They accomplish their mission by rescuing victims of violence, bringing criminals to justice, restoring survivors and strengthening local justice systems. Amazing, right?
Because this position is service based, interns are encouraged to raise the funds needed to cover their cost of living while serving at IJM Headquarters in Washington D.C. I am turning to my family, friends and all other humans to help me make ends meet while serving in this role. All funds raised in this campaign will be used for my basic needs including food, transportation (relocation, gas, metro pass), and housing ($400 per month).
I am humbled and honored to serve alongside the IJM team and I am genuinely grateful for any and all support. If our paths ever cross in the future, I hope I can show my appreciation through a giant warm hug, homemade chocolate chip cookies/ donuts/ baked good of your choice, a ukulele serenade or maybe taking your dog on a walk!
