House in Danger need to relocate!

We are in need of help!  We are a family of 5 and live off of the Suak River by Darrington, WA  The river is Threatening our home.  We have had the County and Army Corps Engineers out to asses the risk and we are on river watch.  The river is currently about 200 feet away from our home, but when it gets 150 feet away we have to evacuate or if it floods we would have to leave.  The river took out a 100 and some by 500 and some piece of property out the day after Thanksgiving on the property between our property and the river in less than 8 hours.  We still owe a mortgage so that is why our goal amount is so large. We really do not want to have to leave and file for bankruptcy.  We need to relocate ourselves and would also would love to stay in the Darrington area and be able to relocate our home.  With the predicted storm coming in this week we are not sure if it will be possible.  Anything will be greatly appreciated at this time.  Thank you!
Never imagined we would have to ask family, friends, and strangers for help but w do.  I feel really bad.  My husband worked hard out of High School to save the money to buy his first house when he was 22.  After we got together I helped him fix it up and we put all of our money into this property and Manufactured home. 
We are a single income family and have a teen and two beautiful girls 2 and 3.  My husband has driven 100 miles a day to work for the past 7.5 years because we loved it up here.  Thank you!
