I've hit hard times

Hello, my name is Jordan. In October 2018, after suffering with headaches and chronic pain for most of my life, my girlfriend finally convinced me to go and see a doctor. I was sent for a scan on the 7th and by the 8th I received a phone call telling me I had a brain condition called an Arteriovenous Malformation (my brain scan below). Said brain condition can cause things such as bleeds on my brain, strokes, brain damage and death. With this condition, and symptoms such as chronic pain and fatigue, I can no longer work. I'm currently waiting on a number of tests/treatments, but all require me to be admitted to hospital. This means as much as would like to get a job and soldier through, no employers will keep me on with how much time I require off. I would like to ask for your help to raise some money so I can do things such as food shopping, travel to and from the hospital (I'm unable to drive and I'm not eligible for patient transport) and prescriptions. Anything you are able to give would greatly help reduce the stress my financial situation is having on me, and I'll be able to focus on the treatments. My plea is urgent and desperate so anything you can give would be most appreciated.
