I need my babies back!

Hello everyone, my neighbors hate my dogs I think they let my dogs loose and called animal control on them. I tried reclaiming them but I have to pay 375.00 dollar fee to get them back or they will be put up for adoption or killed! I'm asking for your help because they are my world! I have been currently on maternity leave without pay and haven't had a check yet to pay for this. I am not going to see a check until the 30th maybe! But my dogs might be gone by then! They are my therapy dogs from dealing with depression and anxiety! They are well taken care of! There names are Max (Maltese) Pablo (Belgium Manolios) and Lilly (lab mix) Lilly has 10 puppies she needs to come home to that are 2 weeks old! The reason for such the high cost is because the shelter gave them vaccines that they already had and are trying to make me pay for it. I also had proof that they were scheduale to get spayed/neutered by the ABC clinic and still wouldn't let me have them back! Please if you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated! I miss them! When I saw them in the back at the shelter they were crying to come home to me.
