I had a Stroke

The term "LIFE IS SHORT" is strong and very serious term we take for granted.A few years ago my mom died and I was forced to change my life and take care of my father.The last few years have been a struggle but seeing my dad ok and not in nursing home have been worth it the bills have been through the roof but we've been managing day by day and the loss of my mom hasn't been easy on either of us, my dad is 81 and we've been trying to maintain some sort of normalcy in our life.The other day suffered a double stroke because my blood pressure was too high and I didn't know it I though the headaches I was getting was due to stress and I wasn't eating well, I would take some aspirin and it would go away. Until it really hit me and I couldn't talk and the right side of my body stop working called 911 and I been in the hospital they told me I was lucky to be alive my pressure was 240 they were able to control it with IVs and pills finally. And went to Helen Hayes for therapy 12 week program I'm gonna start. to get my speech and right arm and leg back now I have to apply for disability and hope for the best.I'm blessed to be alive. I was happy and fine when all this came from nowhere so you see enjoy your life the best you can cause life can be shorter then you know.. I never expected this to happen and so young. Thank you for all you prayers and messages. Who knows when disablity gonna start they say 4months to a year.Anything will be appeciated and help .
