Bonjour à tous,
Voici un petit projet que nous avons élaboré avec le conseil municipal dans mon petit village de montagne des Pyrénées-Orientales et pour lequel nous demandons votre soutien et participation.
Pourquoi nous menons cette campagne ?
Nos moyens financiers au village sont très limités .
Nous avons déjà un soutien du département et de la région , la part d'autofinancement à notre charge étant encore trop élevée nous faisons appel à vous et à votre générosité pour nous aider à mener à bien ce projet car sans vous il ne pourra pas se réaliser et il nous tient très à cœur.
Le projet : en quoi cela consiste concrètement ?
Un canal d'arrosage descend brusquement sur une dizaine de mètres et repart ensuite à la rivière.
L'idée est donc d'installer une petite conduite forcée sur le canal , construire un abri en bas de la chute , y mettre des turbines issues du développement durable et de transformer l'énergie disponible en énergie électrique stockée de manière non polluante ce qui permettra d'alimenter l'éclairage publique du village et nous aider à faire des économies.
Ce projet : Pourquoi ?
Ce projet servira aussi à montrer que des petites installations de production d'énergie renouvelable sont possibles sans gros moyens pour réduire notre impact énergétique,et qu'elles peuvent être faites dans le respect de la nature et du développement durable.
Il faut de nos jours mettre en oeuvre toutes les solutions possibles pour réduire notre consommation énergétique et la rendre au maximum indépendante des énergies fossiles ou de ressources non renouvelables ou polluantes à très long terme.
Quand et par qui?
Ce projet sera réalisé grâce à la participation bénévole des habitants du village au travers des journées de l'environnement, journées à participation citoyenne que nous organisons 4 fois chaque année au village et auxquelles un grand nombre d'habitants participent.
Une première journée pour entamer la construction de l'abri aura lieu cet automne(7 octobre 2018).
La construction se poursuivra ensuite pendant toute l'année 2019.
Par avance et au nom de tous les habitants de Baillestavy je vous adresse un très merci pour vos soutiens.

Hello all,
Here's is a little project that we've elaborated with the state council of my little mountain village in the Pyrénées-Orientales in France and for which we ask for your generous support.
Why do we run this campaign?
Our financial possibilities are very limited.
We already have a financial support from our department and our region but the selffinanced part is still too big to be supported just by our budget and this why we ask for your support.otherwise this project will not be achievable.
The Project : what is it Concretely?
An watering canal suddenly drops by about 10 meters and then returns back to the river.
The idea is then to tube the canal,built a shelter at the bottom of the drop and set in place turbines coming from sustainable development (such as http://powerspout.com ) and transform the available energy into electricity stored into non polluting batteries (such as https://www.perma-batteries.com/ ) and use it for public lightening in the village and helps us spare money.
This project : Why ?
This project will also be used to show that small renewable energy production facilities are possible without huge funds to reduce our energy impact and that they can be built in the respect of nature and sustainable development.
Nowadays we have to implement all possible solutions to reduce our energy consumption and make it as independent as possible from fossil fuels or non-renewable or polluting resources in the very long term.
When and by whom?
This project will be realized thanks to the voluntary participation of the inhabitants of the village through the days of the environment, days with citizen participation that we organize 4 times each year in the village and to which a great number of inhabitants gives their hand.
A first day to begin construction of the shelter will take place this fall (October 7, 2018).
Construction will continue throughout 2019.
In advance and in the name of all the inhabitants of Baillestavy I send you a very thank you for your support.

Wasserkraft für Baillestavy
Hallo,
Hiermit stellen wir euch ein Projekt vor, das wir im Gemeinderat meines kleinen Bergdorfs in den französischen Pyrenäen erstellt haben, und wofür wir um eure großzügige Unterstützung bitten.
Wieso führen wir diese Kampagne?
Die finanziellen Mittel unseres Dorfes sind sehr begrenzt.
Wir haben schon die finanzielle Unterstützung des Departments und der Region, aber der Selbstbeteiligungsanteil ist immer noch zu hoch für den Gemeindehaushalt. Deshalb bitten wir um eure Beteiligung, ohne die das Projekt nicht durchführbar ist.
Das Projekt: Was planen wir konkret?
Ein Bewässerungskanal fällt plötzlich 10 Meter tief ab und führt dann zurück in den Fluss.
Die Idee ist, eine Druckrohrleitung im Kanal zu installieren, eine Hütte unter dem Wasserfall zu bauen, dort Turbinen aus nachhaltiger Entwicklung unterzubringen, die vorhandene Energie in Elektrizität umzuwandeln und diese in umweltfreundlichen Batterien zu speichern. Die Energie würde für die Straßenbeleuchtung des Dorfes genutzt und dazu beitragen, Gelder einzusparen.
Das Projekt : Weshalb?
Dieses Projekt hat auch den Zweck, zu beweisen, dass kleine Einrichtungen erneuerbarer Energieerzeugung ohne große Mittel möglich sind, um unsere Energiebilanz zu senken, und dass sie umweltverträglich und nachhaltig sein können.
Heutzutage müssen wir alle Lösungen nutzen, unseren Energieverbrauch zu reduzieren, und ihn soweit wie möglich von fossiler Energie und von nicht erneuerbaren oder langfristig umweltschädlichen Quellen unabhängig zu machen.
Wann und womit ?
Dieses Projekt wird mit der unentgeltlichen Beteiligung der Dorfbewohner während der „Umwelttage“ umgesetzt. Die Umwelttage sind Tage der gemeinsamen Mitarbeit und finden viermal im Jahr statt. Eine große Anzahl der Bewohner von Baillestavy nimmt daran teil.
Der erste Tag, um die Bauarbeiten der Hütte zu beginnen, wird in diesem Herbst (am 7. Oktober 2018) veranstaltet. Der Bau wird sich über das Jahr 2019 fortsetzen.

Concernant les retraits, comme il sera compliqué de faire les retraits directement à la mairie, je ferai retraits moi -même et reverserai la totalité à la commune.(I will withdraw the money personally, and then distribute it to the town hall since a direct withdraw will be very complicated)
