Baby Wyatt's Medical Fund

Wyatt was a special baby from the start. I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidum at 3 weeks and it lasted my entire pregnancy. I  had such a extreme case of it I couldn't even drink fluids for 9 months because of that I was on a picc line (basically a iv line that can last up to a year) which I call Wyatt's life line that supplied him with hydration and nutrition my entire pregnancy. I could not keep one meal down and in result of that it affected my health immensely. My weight dropped, my health declined and I was out of work and on bed rest until the day I delivered special Wyatt.                                    At 2 weeks old we noticed Wyatt started having some issues, common baby symptoms of colic, gas, constipations, latching, taking a bottle etc. As the weeks went by we started to notice it got worse and worse. Wyatt would not sleep and was inconsolable almost all hours of the day. Now like most we thought common colic and worked with our pediatrician to try to fix it, but it did not seem to get better instead got worse. We took Wyatt to Joe DiMaggio Hospital where they diagnosed him with congenital diaphragmatic hernia which was somehow missed in utero. Basically, he has a hole in his diaphragm and his colon leaked out and is in front of his heart.
Now grieving, our family is still trying to recover from the financial stress caused by the absence of work from one parent and we are about to hit our next financial dilemma. Wyatt has already had numerous hospital visits and needs more, as well as surgery. Past medical expenses are still haunting us from the pregnancy and now they are about to get much higher and we are seeking any help possible. When Wyatt has surgery it will most likely be in St. Petersburg Florida which is approx. 3-4 hours away from us.  This poses a huge issue on us as a family of 4 . We will also have to spend weeks in a hotel which will cost a great deal of money. Any donation will be used to assist our family in this hard time.
