Huskies NEED Help after attack!

My friends  family has been stalked and their two huskies, Estrella and Cocayo, were tortured. This has been going on since December of last year. That month, someone fed marijuana to them in hopes they would die. In February, the family came home to find their two huskies with acid burns all over their face and bodies. This same person also slashed the families car tires more than 12 times since they moved in. On 4-28-17, the abuser struck again. Estrella and Cocayo were horrifically attack while being kept inside their home. Someone broke into their home just to hurt the two huskies. The intruder gouged one of the dogs eyes and left it on the floor. The other dog was forced to drink some type of acid. Estrella and Cocayo thank god have survived but not without being traumatized. The family thinks the monster responsible maybe a neighbor who wants them to move out. Past tenant have experienced problems but not like this.

This happened on Corino Way in Oceanside California.

Update: the landlord returned the security deposit
