LIGHTS ON!!!

Hello I'm a single mother of a 7 year old and i have a baby girl on the way. we had our power turned off for non payments. The bill got to high and i couldn't pay it. I have asked for more time and to make payments. DUKE WON'T HELP. So any help i would be grateful. Happy Holidays!
