Help us keep HUB16 open - your favourtie underground Dalston space and recording studio is at risk of closing;
- our funding is delayed
- our rent has been increased
We're reaching out to everyone who has come through to any number of the nights & creative events at the hub to donate some pennies, and to the regulars where the hub has become your second home!
We want to keep doing incredible free events for the underground music scene, develop artists and build on this brilliant hub of talent. Those of you who have enjoyed any of our now infamous events like Realness and Gas Exchange know how special and rare this space is!
A few fine artists who have played at the hub: Akito, Mungo, Abby, Hipsters Don't Dance, Geng, Moleskin, Blackwax, Brackles, Ursula, Japonica, Yamaham, Dis Fig, Brim, Coco Cole, Barber, Timanti, The Spot, Nik Rawlings, Glacial Sound...
We fund the space via teaching DJ / production courses and the recording studio. As a group of artists running the space we try and keep all our services affordable for other artists and we're also commited to providing a creative space to the community.
To stay open have to advertise for our DJ / production courses and recording studio services. We also have to carry out some repairs on some equipment.
All donaters names will be added to our wall of fame and if we're successfull we'll throw a thankyou party for you.
