TD Bank Settle Now or Face Boycott

Ray Kuate is physically handicapped, and a hardworking African-Canadian businessman who started out with a dream of achieving true excellence in business. Although, his real goal has always been to use his wealth to enrich the community that nurtured him into the individual he is today.

After countless hours of hard work and determination, he and his team finally reach their dream: “Vertamin Inc”, a $12 Million Internet advertising business that once owned one of leading food recipe websites in the world.

All was going well, until the day where in a TD boardroom a TD Bank’s manager said to Ray: “I wonder why Columbia University would give an MBA to people like you”.  Ray of course objected vehemently as it is to be expected.

3 weeks later, the same TD Bank racist manager recalled “Vertamin Inc’s” line of credit with the demand that the entire $1,000,000 be paid immediately. An abusive demand that defies even the requirement of the Supreme Court of Canada that creditors be given reasonable time to pay.

The sole and unique purpose of TD Bank’s manager action was to destroy “Vertamin Inc” despite the fact that the company was doing extremely well and had 27 employees.

TD Bank was by the same stroke of a pen, setting the stage for its vulture developer friends, lawyers and other crooks to fraudulently steal close to $100 millions worth of future assets from the holding company, Vertamin Real Estate Inc as it could no longer meet its mortgage commitments to the BDC (Development Bank of Canada) due to the disappearance of Vertamin Inc, the operating company that provided cash flow. The BDC has so far shown enough restraint not partaking in this mafia, but for how much longer?

Ray has since filed several lawsuits against TD Bank for discrimination and inappropriate termination of company’s line of credit that have, in addition to many Trustee’s errors and incompetency led the company into several bankruptcies and finally a complete cessation of activity.

TD is now using your deposits and your savings to hire an army of expensive lawyers to stall the court system and prevent the justice of the land from prevailing. Please sign this petition to demand that TD settles with Ray right away, or risk total boycott.
