HSCT fundraising

My name is Paul, I've had MS for 10 years now and I am trying to raise funds to access stem cell transplant therapy. Although there are medications which can slow disease progression HSCT is currently the only treatment which can halt the progression completely.
This therapy has had some truly amazing results around the world and offers the best hope currently available for sufferers of autoimmune diseases.
The treatment works by using chemotherapy to wipe out the patients immune system which is then reset using their own stem cells. This treatment has been so successful that some are calling it the cure for these diseases.
The treatment is not routinely available on the NHS and so for people like me our only hope is to raise money to access the procedure overseas. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
