Help a widow get on her feet

A close friend of mine lost her husband. They were living on his disability and now that he passed away she has no source of income. She could use a little help to pay her bills and for food until she can get a job. She doesn't have a job yet because the past 4 or 5 years she spent as a full time care giver to her dying husband. He had cancer and spinabifada and really bad bed sores etc etc. he needed full time care and had to have assistance to even catheter himself. She dedicated her time to loving and taking care of this awesome man who served his country. His story is amazing I'm just not able to tell it in a way that would do any justice.
