Hi Friends,
Barbara Hoyt and her husband, Jack , and her mother Pat Hoad lost their home this week to the Ventura, California, fire that continues to roar across southern California. They had to emergency evacuate in the middle of the night just hours before the fire consumed their entire home.
Barbara is my brother in law Paul's sister and Pat Hoad is his 90 year old mother (also grandmother to my nephew Nick). They left their home with only the clothes on their back. Jack is retired from the Navy so they are temporarily staying at a nearby naval base. Our hearts are broken for them. Any funding (no matter how small) is very much aprpeciated and will help relieve some of the financial stress of this tragedy.
Please keep Barbara, Jack and Pat, and all the families affected by this terrible fire, in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you very much for your support for this deserving family.
