House fire and loss of Ryan



Hello my name is Patience Dougherty I grew up in Batavia IL and have been friends with Sadie Frantz since middle school. Through childhood to adulthood we have been through many trials. I moved to Rochelle IL to plant my roots with my family 6 years ago. During the time I lost my son to SIDS my life was turned upside down in moments. Sadie has always been there through my years of struggle with my loss. Our friendship has grown to be like sisters that no matter what we have each others back!

The day of this tragic event I was at school when she called my heart dropped out of my body in disbelief! How could this be happening to someone I loved so dearly!? She had been there for me when I needed her with my loss and I knew I had to be there for her for her’s! I apologize I created this go fund me in such a hurry getting right to what I knew she would need! I did not give time to explain who I was and why I was doing what I was unfortunately I knew from experiencing a loss, life would seem like it was moving so fast in a moment she would just want to stay still.

I have been trying to help be the shoulder to cry on. I have been trying to help slow things down when it feels like they are going so fast, in such a tragic time. A time we’re grieving seems like the only thing that should matter but unfortunately it isn’t.

Knowing just a piece from loss financial Obligation would follow. I created this go fund me to help alleviate the burden of that financial obligation for Sadie even if just a tiny bit that will follow with her loss of her home all her belongings and her beautiful daughter Ryan along with medical bills and future care cost she may incur.

My best friend Sadie will have me there no matter what to help her! I thank all of you as well to stepping up to the plate as one we can help her heal, It means the world I want to be as transparent as possible in everything and help Sadie March❤️
