Honoring Nancy Offer

Nancy Offer changed and saved lives. She created several Peer to Peer programs at Los Gatos High School that are based on students helping students succeed. Her ideas and advocacy for teenagers made the school unique and special. She co-founded Reality Check, a monthly publication that gives teenagers the chance to express their feelings, tell their stories and have their voices heard. She led this program for over 20 years while spearheading other programs like Students to Students, Freshman Skills Day and PAWS. Her programs evolved through the years and she left a legacy that will always be cherished by her students and the whole school. Sadly, Nancy passed away on December 2018 but her mark at Los Gatos High School will stay forever. We would like to honor her memory by creating a scholarship for students who excel in the Peer to Peer Education programs to further their impact beyond High School.
