Honoring life of DeShawn L Perry Jr

Recently, we lost our son DeShawn Lloyd Perry Jr, to a sudden tragic car accident, that completely caught off guard and devastated our family. Those of you knew DeShawn, knew that he was a very popular young man, passionate about life and excited about his future.

DeShawn's sudden departure has affected countless lives of every age, race, and culture, with his infectious smile. DeShawn would draw everyone in because he was not a respecter of persons. DeShawn was not only a big brother and son, but a friend and a mentor to his 7  siblings who looked up to him immensely. 

We just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone that said we are standing in the gap, what can we do to help, or is there anything we can do? After praying about it, one way you can stand in the gap and to help defray the cost of transportation, lodging, and unexpected expenses, is to give generously to this GoFundMe page. There will be a chartered busload of students from his former high school - Waukee High in Waukee, Iowa.
