Continuing Care for Ann Hoban

Our dad, Jim Hoban, cared about nothing more than our mom, Ann. He was devastated, and their lives changed forever, when she had a massive stroke in October, 2006. For the next nine and a half years, he was her primary caregiver. Sadly, he passed away suddenly on May 11, 2016. His last wish/request was for Mom to be able to stay in their home and have continuing care; he did not want her to go into an assisted living facility. Michael and his family are moving "home," but care is still needed.
