Just need a little help

We've had a rough few years. I lost my father and grandmother, my job, we lost our apartment in California, moved back to Florida where we have little family and few friends, tried to rebuild, struggled, failed, tried again. My husband has aspergers and is bipolar, and the town we lived in was poor, few jobs for him. I got a new job, we got health insurance again, moved to a better city with more opportunity and things were looking up...then our only car died. A very nice person agreed to let us make payments on a car, so again, things were looking up! Then I found out I have a kind of serious medical issue and our out of pocket cost for the procedure will basically take every last dollar we have. My husband has a job offer on the table, finally, and our children are happy and we're so close to being on solid footing, but this setback could cost us our lease, our car, everything. Any help would be so appreciated.
