Benefit to Defray Medical Expenses

Darren and I met some twenty plus years ago.  No one could have predicted that the manager/employee which then existed would result in two plus decades of friendship.  Over the years, I bore witness to Darren and Veronica's nuptials and participated in their joy when Michaela and Jason were welcomed into the family.  We spent many summers and holidays toasting our friends and family and over the past several months, felt the uncertainty and pain of seeing Veronica fight a very serious bout with gastric cancer.  Life in the tri-state area is inherently an expensive proposition for any young family.  Factor in the unexpected inability to work and mounding expenses on multiple fronts contributes much stress to an already stressful situation.  While there is little that as friends we can do to assist Veronica in her battle, we can eliminate at least a small piece of the financial burden by banding together and contributing to a fund that will assist the Meyers family's expenses.  I hope you will share this posting with your friends and family.  While we keep Veronica, Darren, Michaela and Jason in our prayers, let us also band together in a meaningful way to assist them with their unforeseen expenses.  Thank you for any amount you can contribute to this campaign.
