Kick cancer right in the kisser

I want you to meet my friend, Sabrina. I was so blessed to meet her at a camp for young adult cancer survivors in May 2017. We connected instantly over our faith. We have remained in contact and have been prayer warriors  to each other.  “A sweet friendship refreshes the soul.” Proverbs 27:9. Now it is my time to help my friend and I hope you will join me. 

Sabrina was diagnosed in 2015 with stage 4 oral squamous cell carcinoma. It presented on her tongue like a canker sore that wouldn’t heal. She underwent a six hour surgery that removed half of her tongue and reconstructed it with muscle and blood vessels from her forearm. She ended up spending 10 days in the hospital and several months recovering and learning basic functions like talking and eating. Sabrina has an incredible voice and had to learn how to sing again. Surgery along with naturopathic options and much faith and prayer, her cancer was beaten back for about three years. 


A few few months ago, her cancer returned back on her tongue. After much prayerful consideration and multiple opinions, Sabrina has found peace in her treatment plan. Instead of opting for conventional treatment, she is choosing to participate in a holistic clinical trial that includes IV vitamin C three times a week, hyperbaric oxygen twice a day, as well as continuing with naturopathic medicine and supplements. All of these treatments are not covered by insurance and are out of pocket.
