Both of them have mastered Whistler; one of them has conquered Seattle, Las Vegas, Drumheller, and has accomplished World’s in Vegas. One person competing is incredible, two competing as a team makes them unstoppable.
This year, the HIIT Squad family is sending 2 of their very own, Mustafa Alich, and Colin Noppers to World’s Toughest Mudder! Two friends with the same fuel and drive to want to push their boundaries both physicaly and mentally, and hit a pinnacle goal, finishing World's Toughest Mudder .

Every $5 raised = 1 burpee for the team. So, $3000 = 600 burpess (300 each). Who doesn't like a bit of a twist?
WTM 2015 is a 5-mile circuit race with 20-25 of Tough Mudder’s insane obstacles, and a handful of WTM only obstacles, at a rate of 4 obstacles per mile, in a 24-hour period between 2:00pm, Nov 14th, and 2:00pm Nov 15th, 2015. Once crossing the finish line 24 hours later, we will receive the coveted Black Finisher Headband to show We are the World's Toughest Mudder!

March 2013 I signed up for my 1st Tough Mudder. I got off my fat ass and began running and training with my HIIT Squad Mudders team, lead by my bro Ryan Mendoza. In June I did Whistler Tough Mudder and was hooked. 5 Tough Mudders and WTM 2014 later and Im hooked!

New Year's Eve, 2013. I got my picture taken at a party. I looked at it and thought, "This is what I look like?" I promised myself to start training and eat healthy.
January, 2014. I joined Ryan's HIIT class and decided to do Tough Mudder that year. I was hesitant, but the more I thought about it I realized that every reason I had was just an excuse; I conquered Whistler! This year's moto is "no excuses," so when Colin asked me to join this team, despite initial hesitations, I said yes. I have proven to myself that if I put my mind to it everything is possible. We will conquer Worlds - watch and see!
