Sometime either in evening of May 3rd or early morning on May 4th Tomorrow Montessori school was vandalized. Windows were broken, all rooms were trashed and I would imagine items were destroyed. Today they were supposed to have a huge May the 4th be with you Star wars party. In speaking with parents this was a huge event for the school with so much heart and time put into the planning all of which was destroyed during this awful crime.

As a parent of a student in the preschool program at Tomorrow, I wanted to start a GoFund me page to help raise money for the school to purchase items and help them rebuild. Any monetary donation is appreciated.

The money will be given to Joyce and John and put towards the school.

Appreciate everyone's continued support.

Looks like SJPD arrested someone of interest too. Hopefully justice will be served.

Hi Everyone~
I spoke with Joyce and John this morning and they thank you all for your support.
As part of the insurance claim they are required to use a certain network of repair services so are working through that now. I asked if they needed any help this weekend and they said no. They also said they would reach out shall that change.
They also thank you all for your kind notes. It is really helping and is the rainbow in this awful storm.

KTVU ran a story last night and wow the damage is far more than I'd ever imagine it to be.

Also we should pitch in to go tidy, scrub floors, rip up carpet - whatever we can do to help out. This is our school and our kids' safe place. Let's help make it a sparkling treasure for the kids to return to!

Senseless vandalism. If they have caught someone perhaps they can scare the individual enough to get other names. We have to park some of our vehicles on the street here, and every once in a while there are issues.

Hope this helps a little bit! I always said that if my classroom was ever trashed, I'd retire. :)

My son went there for several years, although grown now, we couldn't have made it thru his toddler years without the schools support. Let us know if you need anything else!!!
