Elf's elf ear surgery!

Hi there!
My name is Celia, or, as the title says, Elf, and if you are here I'm hoping you are willing to take a moment to read and maybe just think about donating towards my elective surgery.

Ever since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to be different. When I was six I announced that I was an elf. When I was seven I announced that I was going to grow up to be Rainbow Brite. I wanted to spread color and happiness throughout the world!

So far, I'm told, I'm doing a stellar job spreading happiness. I love seeing people smile. I beam at the site of bringing anyone, even a stranger, just a little bit of joy. 

I don't work - well, I don't do normal work. I suffer from PTSD from a work place rape, so my time is better spent at home or around friends and people that I can help with my open time.

Now, I've reached a point in my life where I'm tired of wearing latex elf ears. I don't feel like "me" when I'm not in my ears, and gosh does that glue itch. My smile feels genuine and I feel whole when I get to be Elf.

So, now I am reaching out.
I've gotten a ball park number for the cost to have them not just pointed (I know a number of people that can do that silliness), but lengthened as well.

Help me. Help me to fully achieve my goals. I will never stop spreading those rainbows, but now I want to do them with my ears permanently pointed - the way they were always meant to be.

They don't call me Elf for nothing.
