Help stay-at-home mom sue Facebook

Donation protected
I am mad as hell and I filed a lawsuit against Facebook!

PLEASE DONATE TO THIS CAUSE!

I am a stay at home mother of a 6 year old son.  In all the years I have been active on Facebook, these past few years I have experienced numerous occasions of “Facebook jail”.

I have been sentenced to multiple 30 day bans on Facebook for “violating community standards”.  On some occasions, Facebook banned me for mysterious reasons without a reported post, picture, or comment.  What did I supposedly even say?

We have a constitutional right to freely speak, write, and publish our sentiments on all subjects.

For Facebook infringing on MY and YOUR constitutional rights, I have hired a lawyer and we have filed a lawsuit against Facebook.  If YOU have been sent to Facebook Jail then you know how it feels.

Help support this stay at home mom with legal funds to permanently nix Facebooks unlawful actions.  All donations will go towards legal funds and travel funds.

*PRESS RELEASE*

Christie Scarborough, a stay-at-home mom, is suing Facebook.
The lawsuit, filed July 13, 2018, alleges that Facebook violated her constitutional right to freedom of speech. Scarborough argues that “Facebook Jail” results in unconstitutional censorship.
Attorney, T. Matthew Phillips, explains, “My client has the constitutional right to freely speak, write and publish her sentiments on all subjects.”
Scarborough seeks monetary compensation for violations of her free speech rights, and she also seeks a court order forbidding Facebook from deleting her posts and sentencing her to “Facebook Jail.”
