Help Recover Nini's Photos

Hello Go-Funders,

My name is Ninveh Dizayer or "Nini" for short. I hate asking for donations, but I need your help. For the majoritiy of people who know me, I am the go-to photographer.  Since I was in elementary school, I have always had a camera on me. From disposable cameras, to having an SLR camera, I have gone through the many stages of cameras.

I set up a go-fund me acount because my external hard drive, which contains over 10,000 of my photos and some of my documents has been damaged. My external hard drive gave out and I lost everything. Every single photo that I have taken since I was young has been damaged. I was completely DEVASTED to know that every moment I've captured has been lost.

I went to Fry's Electronics and they ran a diagnostic evaulation and stated that the logic board was damaged. The reffered me to DriveSavers, which is located up north. Drivesavers are  known as worldwide leaders in data recovery services and provides the fastest, most secure and reliable data recovery services. They handle dropped, damaged, corrupted drives all the time. If anyone can fix my external hard drive, it's these guys.

So the waiting game begins.... As of 02/12/2016, Drivesavers informed me that their engineers reported that my external drive has suffered but despite the challenges, they can have a successful recovery.

This is where I need your help. In order for Drivesavers to restore my data, it will cost me between $1850-2200 and the scary part is, I have only two weeks to come up with it. I don't have this large amount of money since I am currently in my last semester of getting my Master's in Social Work.

Why this means so much to me? Like I stated before, photos are my everything. I wish people knew the magitude of how much I love my photos.  I have captured graduations, birthdays, milestone events, family events, my travelings, my achievements at school and so much more. I have not only captured every moment in my life, but I am 99.9% sure I have captured my friend's greatest achievements as well. I know people don't have much, but ANYTHING will help me get closer to restoring my photos. I would really mean a lot to me knowing that someone cares about my photos as much as I do.
