Help pay for cancer treatments

I was diagnosed with cutaneous t-cell lymphoma in 2013. Recently the cancer has progress causing me to go on short term disability and reducing my monthly income. This sudden progression is making it very difficult for me to pay for treatments and cover my monthly bills. I'm asking for this amount to pay off my $ 4721.87 car loan balance so I can use the money that I would normally pay a monthly car note towards my medical expenses which includes weekly treatments and prescriptions co-pays, gas, and Highway toll fees
