My name is Megan Renaud and I am starting this page for my dad.
My dad, Mike, became a quadriplegic after a car accident. This year marks the 20th year that he has been in a wheelchair. This disability has left him unable to work, and living off a small disability payment from the government. This means that he cannot afford to buy things that he needs, like a new van.
He was able to buy a van 20 years ago, with all the specifications that he needed. This included a raised roof, and a side lift so that he is able to get in his van.
This van is now 20 years old, and is no longer running like it should. He relies heavily on this van to visit family and maintain a normal life.
I am reaching out so that we can use this money to purchase a new van for my dad, as he derserves a little help.
