Surgery for my puppy Luta

My puppy Luta (half Aussie Shepherd, half Beagle) has dislocated his hip. He will need lots of veterinary care, and possibly surgery to fix his bad hip. He is in a lot of pain which is no fun for puppy :( Please help us raise funds to cover his vet bills.
