Julie Britton was driving home from work on Tuesday when she was in a terrible head on collision, resulting in extensive injuries. Julie has an wide network of  family, friends, and colleagues who think the world of her, and everyone is wondering "what can I do?" in the wake of this unthinkable tragedy.
