Helping the Covarrubias'

It was stated that the fire was caused by a short circuit in the bedroom where the 10 year old and 15 year old were sleeping. Luckily, the 15 year old woke up, got his father, brother, and dog out of the apartment, and alerted the neighbors downstairs.  No one was severely injured, however, the two siblings and dad got rushed to the hospital due to their asthma which got affected by the fire. The result of the fire left almost nothing for the Covarrubias family. All their valuables including important documents, pictures, electronics, toys, shoes, and clothes were scattered around in debris and ashes. They are currently in search for finding a new home, but it is difficult since the kids are still in school and dad works everyday. They can use any kind of support and help they can receive.
