Helping our own Firefighter Mercado's Family

Fort Worth Firefighters Local is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Alberto Mercado.

This close to the holidays season tragedy struck one of our own on 12/19/2018. A fire destroyed a house that Fort Worth Firefighter Berto Mercado and his family lived in on the North side of town. As a result of this fire they are unable to live in the residence and have lost everything . Firefighter Mercado has three children. Immediate needs are items of clothing and other daily essentials. We are thankful that his family was not home, however they did lose a few pet birds. Fort Worth Professional Firefighters Local 440 are asking you for your help for one of our own who has dedicated his life to helping others in their time of need.
